Driving on the West Beltline in Madison, you might have seen more than four
thousand pinwheels spinning in a field and a banner reading "One Pinwheel,
One Act of Caring, One Family Helped."  What does that have to do with child

Safe Harbor opened our doors to members of the public interested in learning
more about our community's child advocacy center.  New and old friends of
Safe Harbor came to take a tour, learn more about Safe Harbor's services, and

Donation from Probation and Parole
April 2009
In what has become an annual tradition, Probation and Parole agents
facilitated donations from offenders to Safe Harbor as part of Victims' Rights
week.  Donations include crafts and toys to help make our waiting area as
